Psychometric Resources

We offer the Saville Wave suite of psychometrics and Lumina Learning as part of our coaching programs. These powerful tools can provide valuable insights into individuals’ personality, behaviour and potential, enabling us to go deeper in our development coaching conversations.

The Saville Wave suite includes a range of psychometric assessments, such as the Wave Professional Styles and Wave Leadership Styles. These assessments provide a detailed analysis of an individual’s personality and work style, helping us to identify their strengths, development areas, and potential. We can then use this information to tailor our coaching approach and provide targeted support to help individuals reach their full potential.

Lumina Spark is a psychometric tool that provides a detailed analysis of an individual’s personality and behaviour. It uses a unique model of personality that focuses on three different personas: the Underlying Persona, the Everyday Persona, and the Overextended Persona. These personas represent different aspects of an individual’s personality and can be useful for coaching conversations in a number of ways.

  • The Underlying Persona represents an individual’s true self, including their core values, motivations, and potential. This persona is often hidden from others and can be difficult for individuals to access or express. By understanding their Underlying Persona, individuals can gain a greater understanding of their authentic self and their true potential. This can be valuable in coaching conversations as it can help individuals to identify their strengths and areas for development, and to align their goals with their core values.
  • The Everyday Persona represents an individual’s behaviour in everyday situations, such as at work or with friends and family. This persona is often shaped by social norms and expectations, and may not reflect an individual’s true personality. By understanding their Everyday Persona, individuals can gain a better understanding of how they are perceived by others and how they can adapt their behaviour to different situations. This can be useful in coaching conversations as it can help individuals to improve their communication and interpersonal skills, and to develop more productive relationships with others.
  • The Overextended Persona represents an individual’s behaviour when under pressure or in stressful situations. This persona is often characterised by overemphasising certain traits or behaviours in an attempt to cope with the situation. By understanding their Overextended Persona, individuals can gain a better understanding of how they respond to stress and pressure, and how they can develop more effective coping mechanisms. This can be useful in coaching conversations as it can help individuals to manage stress more effectively and to develop resilience in the face of challenges.

Using these tools in our coaching programs can benefit individuals in a number of ways. Firstly, they can gain a better understanding of their personality and work style, which can help them to identify their strengths and areas for development. This self-awareness can lead to improved communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.

Secondly, these tools can help individuals to develop a more positive and productive working relationship with their colleagues. By understanding their own motivations and behaviours, they can develop a greater appreciation for the perspectives and approaches of others.

Finally, these tools can help individuals to achieve their career goals. By identifying their strengths and potential, they can develop a plan to progress in their career and achieve greater success.
